City of Toledo and Lucas County offices will be closed all day Monday in observance of the Christmas holiday. Some offices may have different hours, so call ahead.
Government offices in Sylvania will be closed all day Monday, those in Maumee will be closed Monday and Tuesday, and Perrysburg and Oregon will be closed all day Monday.
Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicle deputy registrar sites across the state will be closed Monday.
A list of select businesses and services follows:
Toledo's Department of Public Utilities will be closed Monday, as will be Toledo Edison, its parent company, FirstEnergy, and Columbia Gas offices. Emergency services will be available for Toledo Edison and Columbia Gas customers.
Westfield Franklin Park mall and The Shops at Fallen Timbers will be open Saturday from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. and closed Sunday. Levis Commons will be open Saturday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. and closed Sunday.
Refuse collection will be delayed a day for Toledo residents the week of Dec. 25, with Friday pickups made on Dec. 31. Collection in other communities will vary.
The main Toledo-Lucas County Public Library downtown and all branches will be closed Saturday through Monday.
Post offices will be closed Monday and no mail will be delivered.
Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority buses will operate on a normal Saturday schedule. Christmas Day will be a normal holiday schedule, and Monday will be a holiday schedule plus lineup service from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.
