BOWLING GREEN — Bowling Green is having a special trash pickup for large and bulk items. However, refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, and dehumidifiers will not be collected.
All items need to be curbside by 7 a.m. Sept. 16.
They are not to be set out for collection before 5 p.m. on the 15th, the city said.
The service is limited to one- and two-family dwellings on city streets. A maximum of three mattresses are allowed to be discarded.
The city said it will not pick up building materials, construction or demolition refuse, sod, or rocks.
