The River Raisin National Battlefield Park will host Major Muskrat’s Fall Festivities on Thursday, Halloween, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. There will be harvest games of the kind played by the children of Frenchtown 200 years ago, candy prizes and treats, hot drinks, and ghost stories.
The event is free. The park is at 1403 E. Elm St.
