Area girl thanks St. V's for gift of life

Allison Herr was born with biliary artesia.

Allison Herr visited St. Vincent Medical Center Tuesday to thank staff for her care there eight years ago. Allison was born there with biliary atresia, and her health rapidly declined her first two years. She eventually received a liver transplant in Cincinnati in 2006.
