Man indicted on charges of sex assault
A man charged with grabbing and sexually assaulting a woman in East Toledo was indicted Friday by a Lucas County grand jury. Raymond Green, Jr., 18, of 1073 Sisson Dr. was indicted on charges of attempted rape and abduction stemming from the April 25 incident.
