Judge Michelle Wagner has been elected by her colleagues on the Toledo Municipal Court to a second one-year term, beginning Jan. 1, as presiding and administrative judge.
She will continue to be responsible for administration of the municipal court, which includes sending monthly reports to the Ohio Supreme Court and setting the court docket and calendar. In her absence, Judge Joshua Lanzinger will do so as the acting presiding judge.
A former prosecutor in Sylvania Municipal Court, Judge Wagner was elected in 2011 for the Toledo Municipal Court seat vacated by the retirement of Judge Francis X. Gorman.
