The Landings, 6190 North Summit, inspected Jan. 11. Critical violations: drink mixes should not be iced down in three-compartment sink. All potentially hazardous foods must be date marked and held at 41 degrees or less. Inspector: Gottschalk.

The Barn, 3225 Centennial, Sylvania Township, inspected Jan. 11. Critical violation: handsink has no running water. Inspector: Kistler.

Tiger Lebanese Bakery, 6710 Central, Sylvania Township, inspected Jan. 11. Critical violations: Cooling foods must be brought from 140 degrees to 70 degrees in two hours and to 41 degrees or less in four hours. Do not cover or stack cooling foods. Cool foods in 2-door reach-in, not in service case. Inspector: Kistler.

Old Roadhouse Inn, 224 South Erie, inspected Jan. 11. Critical violations: raw meat should not be stored above produce. Several foods out of temperature. Not all ready to eat foods date marked. Inspector: Julie Nye.

Bambino's Pizza, 649 Woodville, inspected Jan. 19. Critical violation: bathroom toilet is broken, you must have a working restroom. Inspector: Gottschalk.

The Original Royal Pizza, 2872 Detroit, inspected Jan. 19. Critical violations: stock paper towel holders at handsink in kitchen and employee restroom. Keep stocked at all times.
