If using bleach keep at 50-100 ppm. Observed hand sink with no paper towels and pot and pan detergent for hand soap. Stock sink with supplies to properly wash hands. Do not use towel to dry. Miss Cue Billiards, 1720 South Reynolds. Inspected Oct. 2. The only hand sink for the kitchen was blocked at time of inspection. All hand sinks must be easily accessible to encourage frequent and proper hand washing. Sink was cleared for use. Briarfield Cafe, 3220 Briarfield. Inspected Oct 3. Whole roast found cooling from last night at approximately 61 degrees. All cooling foods must reach 70 degrees within 2 hours and 41 degrees in an additional 4 hours. The roast was discarded. Steam pans of leftovers being put into steam table to reheat.
