The fourth annual Wing Thing takes place beginning at 5 p.m. tomorrow and Saturday at Westfield Franklin Park. Two days of early evening DJ's and late night live music from Water Ditch Spin Out and the Bridges go along with that plate of wings and a cold beverage. Proceeds benefit the Northwest Ohio Kidney Foundation.
The Moody Blues, a mainstay on the rock scene in the 1960s and '70s, will perform at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Toledo Zoo amphitheater, 2700 Broadway.

•The 5th annual Feast with the Beasts will be held at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow. Guests begin with a reception in the Arctic Encounter area, then will be escorted to the Africa overlook for a five-course gourmet dinner, followed by a special auction to support the future elephant exhibit.
•The free Music Under the Stars Concert series continues in the amphitheater at 7:30 p.m. Sunday with the Toledo Concert Band under the direction of Sam Szor. This week's theme is Disney: A Dream Factory.
Vince Neil of Motley Crue will be in concert at 6 p.m. tomorrow at Toledo Harley-Davidson, 7960 West Central Ave.
The Toledo-Lucas County Public Library, 325 Michigan St. is hosting Harry Potter's Midnight Magic Book Release Party, beginning at 10 p.m. tomorrow. The new release, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, will be available for checkout beginning at 12:01 a.m. Saturday. Games, crafts, and family entertainment will lead up to the book's release. Wear a costume if you wish. Tickets are required for the party and are free and available at the Main Library. Other Harry Potter release parties are listed on page 19.
The Gin Blossoms will headline the final Rally by the River from 6 to 10 p.m. tomorrow in Promenade Park along the downtown riverfront. Special guests the Sanderlings & One Lone Car will open. The event benefits the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Northwest Ohio.
About 180 quilts will be displayed from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Kaleidoscope of Quilts XIII, presented by the Glass City Quilt Commission in the Franciscan Theatre & Conference Center of Lourdes College, 6832 Convent Blvd., Sylvania. Workshops, lectures, and awards will be presented during the event, and a silent auction of handmade quilts will take place.
Chicago-style blues band the Kinsey Report will play Saturday at Griffin's Hines Farm Blues Club, 3950 South Berkey-Southern Rd., Swanton. Opening will be the Overton Project. Doors open at 6 p.m.
•St. George SummerFest is scheduled at St. George Cathedral, 3754 Woodley Rd. Hours are 5 p.m. to midnight tomorrow; 2 p.m. to midnight Saturday, and noon to 9 p.m. Sunday. Featured will be Middle Eastern food and dance, a marketplace, a Turkish coffee house, camel and pony rides, and children's activities.
