WWE returning to Toledo

'SmackDown' TV show coming to Huntington Center July 5

World Wrestling Entertainment is returning to Toledo for a knockout match.

The wrestling group brings its popular TV show SmackDown to the Huntington Center at 7 p.m. July 5. Stepping into the ring is WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns, one-time U.S. champion Dean Ambrose, and Sheamus, who has held numerous championship titles.

Joining the fray are Tag Team Champions the New Day and Kevin Owens, along with the women’s champion Charlotte and other wrestling personalities. Show producers caution that “talent is subject to change.”

Tickets for the event, from $20 to $100, go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday. They are available at ticketmaster.com, 1-800-745-3000, or at the Huntington Center Box Office, 500 Jefferson Ave.
