Lourdes University in Sylvania is offering free and open to the public lectures on a variety of topics as part of its Lifelong Learning and Science Alliance for Valuing the Environment lecture series.
Upcoming programming includes:
● Microplastics: Here, There, Everywhere will be presented by Anne McNeil, a University of Michigan chemistry professor on Nov. 12, from 7:30 to 9 p.m.
● Till Divorce Do Us Part: Tracing the Changes of the Last Half Century will be presented by attorney Jude Aubry on Nov. 15, from 10 to 11 a.m.
● Investigating Innocence on the wrongfully convicted in Lucas County will be presented by Kristin Blochowski Dec. 20, 10 to 11 a.m. Ms. Blochowski is a former FBI agent and defense attorney who is now an assistant professor of criminal and social justice at Lourdes.
