Reality television personality Scott Disick made a local woman’s bucket list wish come true when he visited her today.

Mr. Disick, who appears on the E! network television show Keeping up with the Kardashians, came to the Monclova Township home of Josie Langsdorf, a mother of two who is battling terminal cancer. He made the trip after learning through a social media campaign on Twitter of Ms. Langsdorf’s desire to meet him.

Ms. Langsdorf’s daughter Ashley, 18, started the Twitter effort after her mom remarked she’d like to have a shot with Mr. Disick. Friends and strangers repeated the request on Twitter. The messages captured Mr. Disick’s attention, and he agreed to the visit.

A regular on the television program that follows the life of the big, boisterous Kardashian family, Mr. Disick is known for his dapper dress and funny zingers. Ms. Langsdorf has said she admires his ability to make fun of himself and his enjoy-the-moment approach to life. Her bucket list -- things she wants to do before cancer ends her life -- includes other, more serious items as well, such as reading to sick children at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
