Wynonna Judd eliminated on 'Dancing with the Stars'

Country music singer Wynonna Judd became the first celebrity cast off ABC’s Dancing with the Stars on Tuesday night.

Judd and her professional dance partner Tony Dolovani and comedian Andy Dick and professional partner Sharna Burgess entered Tuesday's competition with the lowest overall scores, calculated by a combination of judges’ scores and viewer votes.

In its 16th season, Dancing with the Stars held a special prom night edition of the celebrity dance competition, allowing viewers to select a prom king and queen via Twitter. Actress Zendaya and NFL wide receiver Jacoby Jones received the most tweets and were crowned.

Tuesday would have marked the competition’s second elimination episode, but Olympic figure skater Dorothy Hamill withdrew a week ago because of an injury, saving another contestant from elimination.

Other celebrities remaining in the competition are boxer Victor Ortiz, reality star Lisa Vanderpump, Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman, country singer Kellie Pickler, comedian D.L. Hughley, actor Ingo Rademacher, and The Bachelor’s Sean Lowe.
