CINCINNATI Swanton resident George Miller won the 65-and-over division at the United States Handball Association s Masters Singles Tournament last weekend.
Miller, 65, defeated the top two seeds to win his 11th handball
Miller, who was seeded fourth, beat No. 2 ranked Mike Driscoll
21-3, 21-11 in the finals.
To reach the championship match, Miller defeated top seed Ed Grossenbacher in a tight semifi nal match. Miller lost the first match 14-21, but rebounded with wins of 21-17 and 11-9.
Miller won his 10th handball title last September, which qualified him for USHA Grand Master status.
