The American Gallery, 6600 Sylvania Ave., Sylvania, presents intaglio prints by Keiichi Hayano on view through November. The artist was reared in Japan and has lived and worked in Canada since 1975. He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Michigan. Hayano, who works in two-dimensional design and optical illusion, often combines traditional Japanese motif with bold contemporary compositions.
