Inventor Andy Webster shows off the electric car called the MonoMobile that he is developing with Jay Andress. The vehicle was on display in Levis Park in downtown Toledo yesterday. Its two inventors, who are from Cincinnati, said it can travel on roads but needs to hook to an overhead track for longer distances. They are trying to raise political and financial support for a one-mile demonstration track.
