Ohio State slips past Bowling Green 3-2

COLUMBUS No. 7-ranked Ohio State edged Bowling Green 3-2 in Central Collegiate Hockey Association action before 11,570 fans. It was the same score that the Buckeyes won by on Friday night.

Ohio State (22-7-3, 19-4-1 CCHA) took a 3-0 lead on goals by Matt Beaudoin, Tyson Strachan, Kyle Hood.

The Falcons (13-11-4, 10-9-3) got goals from Alex Foster in the second period and Jonathan Matsumoto in the third.

BG goalie Jordan Sigalet made 35 saves. Ohio State s Dave Caruso had 26.
