The sixth-seeded Falcons finalized a stunning weekend with a 7-0 win over Ball State at All Pro Freight Stadium.
BG advances to the NCAA tournament for the first time since 1999. The selection show is scheduled for noon Monday.
Driving in runs for the Falcons were Patrick Lancaster, Jake Thomas, Jeremy Shay, Jesse Rait, Logan Waker, Nick Glantzman, and Brian Bien.
Nick Bruns went the distance for the win. He struck out four and allowed four hits.
