BOWLING GREEN -- Sophomore wide receiver Chris Gallon has been lost for the season after suffering a knee injury in the loss at Mississippi State Oct. 12, coach Dave Clawson said today.

Gallon caught 24 passes for 232 yards and two touchdowns this season. Last year Gallon led the Falcons with 54 catches good for 720 yards and six touchdowns, all team highs.

The Falcons, who had a bye last week, host arch-rival Toledo at Doyt Perry Stadium Saturday, Oct. 26 starting at 2:30 p.m.
