BOWLING GREEN -- Adam Scheier will serve as interim head coach of the Bowling Green State University football team as the Falcons prepare to play in the Little Caesars Pizza Bowl.
Scheier replaces Dave Clawson, who will be introduced as Wake Forest's new head coach today.

Scheier is in his fifth season on the BG staff and serves as special teams coordinator and tight ends coach.
The Falcons (10-3) will face Pittsburgh in the Little Caesars Pizza Bowl at Detroit's Ford Field on Thursday, Dec. 26.
Bowling Green athletics director Chris Kingston said a national search for the school's next head coach will begin immediately.
