Mitch Albom to sign books in Fremont

Bestselling writer Mitch Albom, author of For One More Day, will sign copies of the book at 8 p.m. Dec. 20 at the Open Book, 118 South Front St. in downtown Fremont. He also will give a talk about the book.

Kenneth R. Dickson, author of Nothing Personal - Just Business, will sign copies of his book at 1 p.m. Saturday at Fireside Books in Orchard Centre, Airport Highway at Holloway Road in Holland.

The book tells the story of Toledo in the 1920s and '30s, Prohibition, and the conflict between gangster Yonnie Licavoli and saloon keeper Jack Kennedy.

Dickson is a retired Bowsher High School math teacher.
