David Sedaris to appear at Valentine

Two-time Grammy nominated humorist and best-selling author David Sedaris will appear Nov. 5 at the Valentine Theatre in Toledo. Tickets for the event go on sale today.

Sedaris is known for his autobiographical works that include When You Are Engulfed in Flames, Dress Your Family in Corduroy and Denim, and Me Talk Pretty One Day that chronicle his youth, early adult years, and his current life.

The Santaland Diaries, his play about his stint as a department store elf, is staged around the country every winter.

Sedaris’ personal appearances are wildly popular and often sell out. Tickets go on sale today at 10 a.m. at the Valentine box office, 410 Adams St., online at valentinetheatre.com, or by calling 419-242-2787. All tickets are $47.
