Freshman Eric Lawson went 4-for-5 with three RBIs as Bowling Green defeated Toledo 15-5 in Mid-Amercian Conference baseball at Scott Park.
Lawson went 9-for-14 (.643) in the three-game series with nine runs scored, seven RBIs, two doubles and a home run.
Tyler Wasserman (Clay) helped BG (26-17, 11-10 MAC) with three hits and two RBIs.
John Reimold collected two hits and three RBIs, and Mike Barnard had two hits.
Sean Dobson, Jarrod Resendez (St. Francis) and Doug Yoder each hit home runs for Toledo (19-31, 8-13). Dobson was 3-for-5 with two RBIs, and Resendez was 2-for-3, one RBI.
Dobson now has 88 hits this season, a UT record.
Alan Brech earned the victory, allowing just one run and five hits in seven innings.
