NEW YORK -- Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., which filed for bankruptcy in 2008, says that creditors holding claims of $100 billion have approved its plan for exiting bankruptcy.
The plan is subject to approval by a majority of creditors and the federal bankruptcy court.
