Man guilty of 8 counts of sexual battery
BOWLING GREEN — A Rossford man pleaded guilty Tuesday to eight counts of sexual battery for incidents involving two teenage boys.
Larry N. Scott, 56, of 10 Santus Dr. is to be sentenced on the third-degree felony charges March 22 by Wood County Common Pleas Judge Robert Pollex. Scott had been indicted by a Wood County grand jury on 16 counts of sexual battery but entered his pleas in an agreement with prosecutors.
According to the indictment, Scott engaged in sexual conduct with a 15-year-old boy in 1995 and 1996 and with another boy who was 14 and 15 at the time of the incidents in 2009 and 2010.
