BLADE STAFF

A Toledo man was indicted by a Lucas County grand jury Thursday on charges that he caused a two-vehicle crash in which another man was killed.

Miguel Hamilton, 34, of Dexter Street was charged with two alternate counts of aggravated vehicular homicide. If convicted, he faces up to eight years in prison.

Mr. Hamilton was driving north on North Detroit on Nov. 13 when he collided with a vehicle driving west on West Sylvania Avenue. The driver of the second vehicle, Joseph Bialecki, 31, of Tremainsville Road, was pronounced dead shortly after the crash. According to the indictment, alcohol may have contributed.
