BOWLING GREEN — A Perrysburg parent accused of stealing thousands from school and community groups pleaded not guilty to four theft charges during an arraignment today in Wood County Common Pleas Court.
Authorities alleged Kiki Lorann, 35, stole from the Perrysburg Elementary Parents’ Association, the Toth Parent Club, and the Perrysburg Sting Baseball Team over three years.
She is charged with three counts of grand theft and one count of simple theft.
Assistant Prosecutor Tom Matuszak said authorities are still investigating other groups and believe the total amount allegedly taken could reach up to $140,000.
“We believe there may be other victims,” he said, declining to comment further.
Judge Richard Pollex set bond at $15,000 but said the $7,500 that Ms. Lorann posted earlier can be applied.
Her pretrial conference is set for 11 a.m. July 31.
Ms. Lorann did not speak in court. Her attorney Ann Baronas declined to comment after the court hearing.
