A Toledo man has been charged in a 15-count federal indictment with conspiring to distribute more than 2,000 pounds of marijuana between 2004 and 2012.
The indictment charges Stanley L. Haythorne, 37, of Toledo with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute marijuana, structuring financial transactions to avoid reporting requirements, and possession with intent to distribute marijuana, officials said.
The indictment stems from a three-year investigation by the FBI, the Internal Revenue Service, and the Drug Enforcement Administration.
