Grand jury indicts man in fatal traffic crash

A Toledo man was indicted Wednesday by a Lucas County grand jury in the death of a North Toledo man killed last month in a collision on the Anthony Wayne Trail.

Donald McMullin, 36, faces a charge of aggravated vehicular homicide for the death of Aaron Davis, 18, who was injured in the Feb. 13 crash and died two days later at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center.

Police said Mr. McMullin was westbound on the Trail when he ran a red light and struck Mr. Davis’ car, which was turning left onto City Park Avenue. The indictment alleges Mr. McMullin was reckless.
