A Toledo man who allegedly threatened to blow up a federal building has been indicted by a Lucas County grand jury.
Kurtis Parish, 22, of 116 E. Central Ave. was indicted Thursday on one count of making a terrorist threat. He allegedly told a U.S. marshal May 22 that he had been mistreated by federal officials and would blow up an unspecified federal building.
