A Toledo woman who stole money and two cell phones from an 86-year-old man was ordered Monday to spend six months at the Correctional Treatment Facility and to pay $600 in restitution to the victim.
Lucas County Common Pleas Judge Lindsay Navarre also placed Breanne Colbert, 40, of the 1000 block of Jefferson Avenue on community control for three years and referred her to the Drug Court to be screened for admission.
Colbert entered Alford pleas — not admitting guilt — and was found guilty July 17 of burglary and theft from a person in a protected class. Judge Navarre ordered her to have no contact with the victim, John Willis, or his home.
