The Ohio Supreme Court on Tuesday suspended the law license of a Delta attorney who was convicted earlier this month of three felony charges in Franklin County Common Pleas Court.

Christopher W. Striff Jr., of Delta, pleaded guilty Aug. 6 to two counts of forgery and one count of theft. He was placed on community control for five years and ordered to pay restitution totaling $5,587 to his three victims.

Due to his felony convictions, the Board of Professional Conduct recommended an interim suspension of his law license. A hearing to resolve Mr. Striff's disciplinary matter has been scheduled for Feb. 7.
