Nathan Fought, 35, of Lindsey, Ohio, Aug. 19, at University of Toledo Medical Center. Accidental, multiple blunt trauma; deceased was motorcyclist hit by tractor.

Scarlett Galliger, 71, of Xenia, Ohio, July 13, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, traumatic brain injury; deceased fell at home.

Robert Kemler, 86, of Toledo, Sept. 18, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio on S. Detroit. Accidental, acute myocardial infarction; deceased had witnessed fall in parking lot.

Alice Kondalski, 86, of Toledo, June 16, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio on S. Detroit. Accidental, subacute myocardial infraction with recent extension; deceased had unwitnessed fall at home.

Corey Layson, 47, of Toledo, Sept. 16, at St. Luke Hospital. Accidental, acute bilateral pulmonary thromboemboli; deceased had recent motorcycle accident.

Leslie Mahr, 61, of Oregon, Aug. 23, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, multiple blunt force trauma sustained from auto accident.

Len McNair, 40, of Toledo, July 29, at home. Accidental, combined drug toxicity.
