The Lucas County Coroner has ruled in the following deaths:

Andrew Anderson, 31, of Toledo, Sept. 24, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Homicide, multiple gunshot wounds.

Michael Bair, 39, of Toledo, Sept. 21, at home. Accidental, combined drug toxicity with morphine (heroin) the principal agent.

Mary Bertolina, 56, of Toledo, Dec. 9, at home. Homicide, multiple stab wounds.

Thomas Burnham, 75, of Tecumseh, Mich., Nov. 4, at Toledo Hospital. Accidental, blunt neck trauma; deceased fell off ladder.

Austin Carr, 22, of Napoleon, Ohio, July 20, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Homicide, anoxic encephalopathy; complications of blunt force trauma to head.

Paul Castle, 34, of Paintsville, Ky., Nov. 12, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, complications of multiple blunt force trauma; deceased was struck by auto.

William Currie, Jr., 55, of Oregon, Sept. 1, at nursing home, in 3900 block of Navarre, Oregon. Accidental, complications of quadriplegia; deceased was struck by auto while riding bicycle.

Peter Davis, 70, of Sylvania, Aug. 7, at hospice facility in 5300 block of Harroun, Sylvania. Accidental, complications of peripheral vascular disease and diabetes; deceased fell in rehabilitation center.

Beverly Dickens, 85, of Toledo, Oct. 22, at Toledo Hospital. Accidental, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; deceased fell at home.

Frieda Dodge, 92, of Perrysburg, Oct. 22, at nursing home in 2000 block of Perrysburg-Holland, Perrysburg. Accidental, choking; deceased choked on food.

Robert Hart, 84, of Lambertville, Dec. 9, at Ebeid Hospice Center, Sylvania. Accidental, sepsis and wound infection; deceased fell at home.

Edward Head, 59, of Trenton, Mich., Sept. 26, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, complications of blunt force trauma to torso sustained from motorcycle accident.

Grace Heninger, 85, of Oregon, Nov. 28, at Toledo Hospital. Accidental, ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm; deceased fell at home.

Doris Honsberger, 84, of Willard, Ohio, Jan. 7, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, acute bilateral bronchopneumonia; deceased fell at home.

Edna Houchins, 79, of Toledo, Nov. 10, Hospice facility in 5700 block of Whiteford, Sylvania. Accidental, medical complications following left femur fracture; deceased fell at home.

Ruth Hyrne, 93, of Springfield Township, Dec. 11, in 2000 block of Perrysburg Holland, Springfield Township. Accidental, gradual decline and debilitation; deceased tripped and fell while using walker.

Harry Kimberlin, 67, of Sandusky, Ohio, Dec. 15, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, multiple blunt force injuries sustained from being hit by auto while operating motorized wheelchair.

Hugh Lindsey, 82, of Bryan, Ohio, Nov. 29, at University of Toledo Medical Center. Accidental, multiple blunt force injuries sustained from being struck by auto.

Mary Magers, 93, of Fostoria, Ohio, Jan. 8, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, complications of blunt force trauma to right lower extremity; deceased fell at nursing home.

Jason Moore, 43, of Toledo, Aug. 7, at University of Toledo Medical Center. Accidental, complications of blunt head trauma; deceased fell at home.

Deon Parham, 24, of Toledo, Nov. 22, at home. Suicide, gunshot wound of the head.

Leroy Parke, 21, of Toledo, Oct. 27, at home. Suicide, combined toxicity (carbon monoxide, diphenhydramine and ethanol; deceased found in garage near rear tail pipe of a running motorcycle.

Roberta Parker, 56, of Sylvania, Dec. 1, in 8800 block of Browning, Waterville. Accidental, complications of cervical spine injury and qualdriplegia.

Margaret Roebuck, 84, of Michigan Center, Mich., Oct. 26, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, multiple blunt force trauma sustained from auto accident.

Kathleen Rollheiser, 68, of Port Clinton, Ohio, Sept. 8, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Suicide, complications of klonopin overdose.

Philip Silsbee, 30, of Maumee, Nov. 1, at St. Luke’s Hospital. Accidental, methadone toxicity.

Donald Smith, Jr., 48, of Toledo, Dec. 4, at home. Pending, pending toxicology and vitreous chemistry.

Burl Smith, 84, of Maumee, Dec. 5, at nursing home in 6900 block of Monclova, Maumee. Accidental, complications of blunt force trauma to left hip; deceased fell at nursing home.

Marie Snyder, 86, of Wayne, Ohio, Dec. 21, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, complications of blunt force trauma to torso; deceased fell at home.

Rita Thompson, 79, of Petersburg, Mich., Aug. 10, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio on Detroit Ave. Accidental, complication of blunt head and neck trauma sustained from auto accident.

Rosella Wells, 84, of Northwood, Dec. 17, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, craniocerebral and cervical spine injuries sustained from being struck by auto.

Roland Wilson, 66, of Oregon, Dec. 18, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, complication of a subdural hematoma; deceased fell while getting out of bed and struck his head.

Anna Zajacz, 81, of Oregon, Dec. 10, in 2800 block of Munding, Oregon. Accidental, complications of a subdural hematoma; deceased fell.

Jerald Zimmer, 78, of Fremont, Sept. 2, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, multiple blunt trauma sustained from auto accident.
