Lucas County dogs for adoption: 1-3

Dogs remain available at the Lucas County Dog Warden’s Office, 410 South Erie St., Toledo. For information, call 419-213-2800.

For a complete list of available dogs, go to lucascountydogs.petfinder.com. A $50 adoption fee includes spay-neuter, a heartworm check, microchip ID, vaccinations, and a behavioral evaluation.

The Lucas County Dog Warden’s Office is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturday.

Breed and description; location seized; charge, if any:

Dalmatian, black and white male, unlicensed, veterinarian recommended euthanasia because of poor quality of life (dog was old, arthritic, with poor vision and muscle waste), Airport Highway, Toledo, running at large.

"Pit bull," white and tan female, unlicensed, resource guarder, stray, Front Street, Toledo.

German shepherd mix, black and orange female, licensed, bite history, surrendered by Kenneth Barker, State Rt. 51, Elmore.

American bulldog, white, black, and brown female, licensed, bite history, surrendered by Carrie Seeburger, Midwest Avenue, Toledo.
