t Cooley Canal Yacht Club regatta, June 15 from 5 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. and June 16 from noon to 12:30 p.m. at 12235 Bono Rd. Games, crafts, bake sale, silent auction. t Block Watch 422A meeting, 6 p.m. June 14 and the second Thursday each month, Memorial United Church basement, 1301 Starr Ave. at Plymouth Street. Park in lot next to the church. •Getaway Airplanes, June 20, 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m., Birmingham branch library, Paine Avenue. Grades K-5 create miniature getaway airplanes.

•East Toledo Family Center summer camp programs for children ages 3-12 from 5:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Friday. Activities include arts and crafts, group games, weekly field trips and more. For registration and fee, call 419-691-1429.

•Harris-Elmore Public Library summer reading program: Prizes for those who reach the reading goal now to Aug. 4. Ventriloquist Mark Wade performs at 1:30 p.m. June 18, with his puppets.


•Super Cruise-In to downtown block of Main Street, 6-9 p.m. June 26, July 26, and Aug. 28. DJ will provide music; stores plan events.

t Oregon Relay for Life, an American Cancer Society event held at Clay High School, June 15 starting at 6 p.m. and running until noon June 16. Live entertainment, food, children's activities.
