t Blockwatch 422A will meet 6 to 7 p.m. Feb. 14 and the 2nd Thursday each month at Memorial United Church of Christ, 1301 Starr Ave at Plymouth St. Parking is next to the church, near White Street. East Toledo residents, business owners, and interested parties are invited to hear current crime statistics, report what they see, and give suggestions for speakers and activities.
