Sayedah Rashad, 13, of Toledo, smiles in approval of the face-painting prowess of artist and mirror-holder Amber Lefever of Bowling Green at the 36th annual Birmingham Ethnic Festival, on Consaul Street in East Toledo. Sunday's festival drew thousands of people who got a taste of traditional Hungarian food and music.
