Starr to close Saturday

Starr Avenue between Lallendorf and Wynn roads in Oregon will be closed from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday while Clay High School holds a cross country meet.

The street is expected to reopen to vehicular traffic by 3 p.m.
