SANDUSKY - Cedar Fair LP, which operates several amusement and water parks nationwide, yesterday reported a bigger loss on smaller sales for the first quarter, typically its weakest.
The company said it lost $26.5 million, or 49 cents a share, on sales of $23.9 million for the quarter, compared with a loss of $24.6 million, or 46 cents a share, on sales of $24.8 million for the same period a year earlier.
