Hancock County gets $400,000 from state

FINDLAY - Hancock County has received a $400,000 state grant for site improvements for a new plastics manufacturing plant in Tall Timbers industrial park.

Most of the funds will be used for a railroad spur for the A. Schulman Inc. plant. Other improvements include relocating and installing sewer and water lines and drainage facilities.

The 100,000-square-foot plant is expected to be in operation by August, 2007.
