Auction set next week for Geauga Lake rides

AURORA, Ohio A two-day auction to sell rides from Geauga Lake amusement park, including, the historic Big Dipper coaster, is scheduled to start Tuesday.

Owner Cedar Fair Inc. closed the 119-year-old park last year and shipped many of its rides to other parks run by the owner of Cedar Point. The auction will dispose of what s left.
