It went up in Wood County to 9.5 percent from 8.7 percent and in Fulton County to 9.6 percent from 9.5 percent, according to the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. It declined in the metro area’s fourth county, Ottawa, to 9.7 percent from 9.9 percent. The rates are all below the figures from June, 2010.

The Toledo rate increased to 11.2 percent last month from 9.9 percent the month before.

The statewide rate, released last week, rose to 8.8 percent in June from 8.6 percent the month before.
