The mortgage delinquency rate in metro Toledo rose for the fourth month in a row, according to figures from a California real estate data tracking firm.
The proportion of homes in Toledo that had been in delinquency for at least 90 days was 6.62 percent in December, up from 6.55 percent in November, according to CoreLogic Inc. But the rate has fallen from 7 percent in the same month a year earlier.
Nationwide, 7.23 percent of homes had been in delinquency at least 90 days. For Ohio, the figure was 6.92 percent.
