The percentage of Toledo-area mortgage loans that are more than 90 days delinquent rose to 5.96 in December, up from 5.93 percent in November, according to California-based CoreLogic.
Still, December’s rate was down substantially from the 6.61 percent rate in December, 2011. Three years ago, the local rate was close to 8 percent.
