Perrysburg: School board seeks treasurer replacement

The Perrysburg Board of Education has started the process of searching for a district treasurer to replace Fred Barba, who has announced that he will retire next year.

Mr. Barba's resignation will be effective Feb. 28, 2005.

The school board is also making progress in its search for a new high school principal. The board selected six people to interview out of 37 applicants and plans to announce the new principal tomorrow, Superintendent Michael Cline said.
