DOLA, Ohio - Students in Hardin Northern Local Schools are on an extended summer vacation.
Classes were supposed to begin yesterday but have been delayed until tomorrow because the school's fire alarm system is not working. Officials are awaiting parts and service for the system.
"We're erring on the side of caution," Superintendent Dan Marshman said, explaining his decision to cancel classes two days in a row.
