Penta board approves $175,000 property buy

The Penta Career Center Board of Education yesterday approved buying property at 29917 Lime City Road for $175,000.

The property, which is about 1 1/2 acres and includes a house, is near the site where Penta plans to build its new campus in Perrysburg Township.

The campus, which will cost an estimated $90.6 million, is planned for a 144-acre site bounded by I-75 and Buck, Bates, and Lime City roads.
