Pettisville High School students put aside traditional classes to learn about fly fishing techniques, community service, tennis basics, and other topics during Homebound '05. The hands-on alternative classes were created by staff members at the high school because half of the students spent four days on a band and choir trip to Florida. Students who didn't go on the trip attended special courses that concluded last week. Stephanie Hamilton, 18, pounds indentations to create tin art.
