Toledo Public Schools will hold public meetings Monday night at each of the district s schools targeted to possibly close under a proposed master plan.
The meetings will be held at Beverly, Edgewater, Fall Meyer, Lagrange, Lincoln Academy for Boys, Marshall, and Newbury elementary schools, and at Jones Junior High and Libbey High School at 6 p.m.
At each location, district administrators will provide updates on the school district s master facilities plan and solicit input.
The Blade reported at the beginning of June that projected declines in student enrollment could force Toledo Public Schools to close as many as 13 schools before the end of the decade.
